Hello dear lokans,
İn this appeal as well i’ll break things down step by step but at the end i’ll explain myself at length and share all my feelings from the bottom of my heart. i’ll try not to repeat too much of what I mentioned in my previous appeal, if you’re curious you can review that one. İ am truly sorry to be associated with such an incident i promise here that i will not engage in such behavior again and that i will strive to be a better player for the Loka community. As i said i don’t want to be known for something like doxxing which is why i went on at length about this topic. İ’m sorry for what happened, of course i’m not 100% in the right i could have avoided writing such a thin and there were parts where i made mistakes too. Still i wanted to explain myself at length to ease my mind i’m truly sorry from the bottom of my heart and i’ll do everything in my power to turn this situation around. I also apologize to the people whose feelings i unintentionally hurt. The reason i'm here is to correct the mistake i made and to prevent situations that could disrupt peoples lives. PART 1: LAST APPEAL
İn my previous appeal i filed a ban appeal directly because I was confident in myselfeven though i had no information about the ban and because im particularly sensitive about doxxing due to my country (Türkiye). After i was banned i felt completely at ease because i knew for certain that i would never intentionally share anyone’s personal information for the sake of a game. However when i heard in response to my appeal that the evidence wasn’t false, i began to doubt myself...
PART 2: THE DOXX THİNG
After thinking about this for a long time i really wondered whether or not i had doxxed someone so i talked to my close friends and asked them to let me know if they had any information on the matter. Later while hanging out on our Discord server a friend named ‘rdayhz’ joined the voice chat and said he knew something about my ban. The whole incident happened right in front of him and he said he had the screenshot of the moment they banned me so he sent it to me.

if i'm not mistaken i mentioned earlier that this was for my own benefit but we can skip that part because there's a more important issue at hand.
PART 3: ABOUT SS
The issue discussed here was a complaint about the ping problem i ve been dealing with for a long time i’m in the westernmost city in the country so i don’t know if this will change my internet situation but even though im the closest to the server center my friends who live in much more remote areas where internet access is harder to come by were getting much lower ping times than me. İ’ve been looking for a solution to this for days i changed my cable and all that what i’m trying to say is my internet was really and i was really frustrated with the situation. i looked for all sorts of solutions but couldn’t find any. While fighting ‘UstaFu’ my ping was so high it didn’t even show up on the tab and dying before i could even fight really annoyed me. İ asked for help in chat because i thought someone might know someone since izmir is a major city and I knew some people from Izmir in the game and others living there so i brought this up hoping they could help and just to have a conversation, Before this incident i knew absolutely nothing about the person named ‘UstaFu’ not his Discord account, the city he lived in, his voice, or anything else. After this unpleasant incident between us i ended up getting to know him in a very negative way.Still looking at it now i guess I didn’t really need to write that it would’ve been fine even if I hadn’t it just looks a bit odd.
PART 4: İZMİR , BORNOVA
İzmir: With a population of 4.5 million it is Türkiye third largest city and the top destination for beach tourism; it’s one of the first places that comes to mind when people say “Let’s go on vacation,” which is why people are familiar with its neighborhoods and districts.
Bornova: With a population of 452,000 Bornova ranks 34th among nearly 900 districts and is one of Turkiye largest districts; in fact there is even talk of it becoming a city.
PART 4.1: WHAT'S İN İT FOR US?
You're absolutely right.
The part that concerns us is that it’s where i was born and raised and where i used to live that’s a big deal. Does writing the name of a place where over 450,000 people live in the chat mean that over 450,000 people could get me banned? For example: if we write places like Istanbul, Berlin, Paris, New York, or Washington in the chat section does that mean we’ll get banned? here in Türkiye people from every corner of the country know these districts. For instance, i've never been to Istanbul i’ve never been there and i’ve never had a reason to go but i know the names of more than 10 districts because they have such large populations for example: İstanbul’s Esenyurt district with a population of over 1 million is larger than 9 countries. I think I’ve explained this too much please forgive me but i really want to make myself clear.
İ’ve told you about Izmir in the context of Turkish cities but let me put it this way so you can understand it a bit better. Travis Scott is giving a concert in Izmir on June 1, and the venue is in Bornova, Izmir. So, if Travis Scott says in the game chat, “I gave a concert in Bornova, Izmir,” will he get banned?
PART: 5: WHO BANNED ME?

After this screenshot was sent to me we were certain that the person who had banned me was “ustafu,” but i still wanted to ask him and talk to him so i reached out to him. After i reached out to him i asked if he had reported me and he said he had. When i asked what the issue wa, he described the exact same incident shown in this screenshot. i sent him the screenshot where he had reported me and he confirmed it.
PART: 6: AFTER LEARNİNG THESE THİNGS
İ thought ‘UstaFu’ wanted to get me banned so i stopped the conversation and started defending myself then sent a DM to ‘raddus’. İ wrote him a very long message longer than my previous appeal and included the Google Maps location of my home along with the message ID since i had previously provided my address. After a few days with no response i lost my patience and messaged all the elders im sorry about that. Later when Raddus got back to me he said that what i had written wouldn’t suffice and that i needed to wait three months before filing an appeal. i waited until today but when i checked my DMs with Raddus i realized i had been bothering him too much about this constantly asking questions and causing him trouble. For that i’d like to apologize to him here and i’m attaching the message I sent to all the elders below.

First of all thank you for taking an interest in this matter. İ believe i’ve explained myself thoroughly in this appeal and clarified the situation. İ apologize to everyone whose feelings i unintentionally hurt as i mentioned i believe this was a misunderstanding so i’m leaving the matter in your hands. İ feel relieved because i’ve proven myself being labeled a doxxer isn’t something to be proud of and i’ve had to explain myself to everyone. Some people still think I’m a doxxer but im not i’ve always stood against doxxers and will continue to do so. im someone who acts for the good of the community , this ban reason was a bit upsetting. Even if my ban isn’t lifted right now, i believe I’ve cleared my name and explained myself clearly to everyone. i’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who read this far and offered their support.
