I was banned on Loka a couple weeks ago for "Assisting Ban Evasion" which I'm 100% sure was a false ban. I took a wide break from Minecraft about a month or two ago and when I came back one of the servers I logged onto was Loka, when I logged on I was at my town that almost no one used anymore. I didn't have much to do, so I went to my room in the town which I shared with a couple other people who no longer played, I collected my stuff from the room which was a couple sets, and some paintings. After this I went to spawn and logged off the server. This was the only time in months that I had logged onto Loka before, not just because of my break, but I rarely played Loka even when I didn't take my break from Minecraft. So getting banned was a huge surprise to me, especially for "Assisting Ban Evasion" since I was only on for about 15-20 minutes, I didn't give anyone anything, or even speak to anyone when I was on. All I did was collect my gear from my room and log off. I am unsure if this was a false ban, or somehow my name got mixed with someone else's, or if I seriously assisted someone with ban evasion without knowing somehow. I don't play Loka all too much but for the times I do I've really enjoyed it and would love to play it again, I understand if I really did assist ban evasion I should be banned, but I think this is all a misunderstanding, Thank you.
