I was just referring to your comments on him being toxic. l just thought they were irrelevant as he got muted for racism and not toxicity.
I also have in fact played and interacted with him on several towny servers dating all the way back to early 2022, and again, I do not recall him being even remotely racist towards me or anyone in the community I was apart of.

Now some of the screenshots you provided can be interpreted as internalized racism (namely the “ching chong discord” one), as he uses what can be considered a slur extremely casually, but then again, that was 4 months ago. According to my and others experience, as well as his appeal, I fully believe his racist past is behind him.

Then again, if some recent evidence is provided, then there is nothing I can do to defend him…

Don’t really have more proof as I haven’t talked to him in 1-2 months, but if i find some i will send them here!

Anyway, he has been pinging his server about how much he hates me and calls me a lier, not only that he says that when he has been toxic to people he called it "fun toxicity, and no one was offended" I'm pretty sure that a lot of people was offended by what what you said on loka in the alliance chat, and that was maybe why you got muted.

This evidence is over a year old and Norwxy_ was muted 4 months ago. I believe it would be more relevant to provide proof for whatever racist remarks he made after the date of his mute.

Regarding Scotlxnds’ response, I haven’t witnessed Norwxy_ be toxic unprovoked, and the mute was for racism anyway. I fail to see how his supposed toxicity is relevant to his potential unmuting. The screenshots he provided were also 4 months old, (one of them showing nothing remotely racist?) which lines up with the date of Norwxy’s initial mute. Unless further evidence is shown of him being racist after the mute was issued, I don’t see why there are so many negative comments about him.

GreenNinja (Norwxy_) has most definitely matured since then. I’ve seen him go through a lot, and I fully believe he has come out as a changed person, although it might be too early for an unmute, according to Loka standards.

Me and Green used to be friends, he then out of nowhere started being toxic, not only towards me but towards other players on the servers he used to play as well. I can confirm that i was also toxic towards Green but he took it too far sometimes, he first wrote the n word in alliance chat, and after Lancersquid perma muted him he wrote an extremely racist dm and sent it to me.


After that i didn’t really talk to green, but two months after he got perma muted i got invited to a towny server with green, he was nice at the start but then we got into a huge argument which then resulted into him banning me from the server, i have not been given an apology since then.


Green is just one of the most annoying and toxic person I’ve ever met and i haven’t seen him change at all.


I don’t have the proof of what he saiid two months ago but, heres some of the stuff he said right after his ban:

I remember the night that norwxy got permamuted, and I believe the reason was in one way overexaggerated and another way deserved.

First up, I never ever recalled him putting the "n word" in alliance chat (I don't recall him ever doing it, but if he has, then mb)
I believe it was just due to him being in the conquest vc with our alliance and saying "ching chong" randomly with Lancersquid in the call, who did not take it nicely

Secondly, Where does this arguement with Norwxy come into his mute? I understand he might have said something provocative/racist, but I've known norwxy for 2+ years and he constantly invites me to his towny servers where we get into arguements, understandably it can be seen as quite annoying but never have I ever experienced a toxic experience with him throughout these arguements.

Thirdly, The situation he was in was quite hectic as norwxy had logged on Loka for the first time in a long time and his town didn't do much to support him, the entire alliance was already in a pretty bad mood due to the conquest battle that was taking place throughout this moment and that could have influenced the overall emotion of the situation. Norwxy at this part had not understood the rules (which I understand dosen't consitute for an excuse) but throughout my years of play with norwxy, i've never seen him muted on another server apart from loka, which can show that he was acting reckless and that he knows what the rules are and how to abide by them.

I acknowledge very well the opinions of those whom advocate for nothing to be done, however; I've consistently experienced a player who for as long as I have known him not displayed toxic behavior or racist behaviour "worthy of a mute" and knowing him for who he is I see what he did as a result of confusion rather than intentional disregard for rules. Some of the Arguements you've listed seem to be more of a personal bitterness between you two, not actual evidence which I believe can be listed in racism (There are still alot of Evidence, I understand) + I completly understand the viewpoints of you and others who believe that this was deserving of a mute but the norwxy I have known for the past 2 years and the experiences I've had with him - enemied or allied tells me otherwise.

I have seen him been racist. Sure, but that was before the mute was implemented and what I believed was quite different to the norwxy of today...

My perception of norwxy as a person might be quite different and I'm sorry for the bias I had before, however like i've said. I haven't experienced much toxcity from his part on other towny servers (that isn't to say there is none).

Like I've said before, I can't talk about the "Toxic" Side of Norwxy, as I haven't experienced it as much as you have...
And like I've said It's a lack of respect of privacy either way because your going into and getting evidence from a channel that is "trusted" where he don't want to see and where he perhaps wants to vent. It does not matter if the situation was hectic or the alliance was in a bad mood. Racism is racism, and from the screenshots others have provided it seems clear that he has said these things outside of just alliance chat, and therefore the claim that he was in a bad situation and he wouldn't normally say this type of thing is completely false. You make all these claims about Norwxy, about him being not toxic or racist, but we have plenty of screenshots here proving otherwise.

It does not matter that these are from a private discord channel. They show the character of the person in question. If a racist person, which Norwxy has been proven to be at the time of his mute, is saying a lot of this stuff in private areas, then in my eyes that shows they know these things are bad, and yet choose to do them anyway in place they think they won't be given punishments for.

If a person is muted, not just the mute reason is taken into account when elder's decide whether to unmute. Racism and toxicity often go hand in hand.
