2. He was NovaSolux quite recently

Actually cropped screenshots make it a whole lot harder to see what happened. He was NovaSolux 2+ months ago which was quite a while ago. He might've said "i wish i could do that irl" to someone else but sparky just happened to die at that time.

This is a question better directed at a Guardian as Sentries do not ban people unless under the direction of a Guardian or where the rules permit (in cases of new players advertising). As for him being a different person, this is an argument I have heard numerous times dating back since about February. I've tried (again) numerous times to talk personally with Nova and it ends up devolving into something like this: when earlier today he asked me to delete my post.

Also here are chat logs that include some context of the screenshots I posted in my original post. (This was on June 11th, 2018) In it you can clearly see the comments were directed towards me as he goes on to say he will come find me in Florida. Regardless of whether this was a joke, it's inappropriate, it's offensive, and I did not find it funny. Moreover, like I mentioned in my original post, the time between then and now does not take away from my argument. Indeed, the conversation I had with him today only reinforces my belief that he has not changed and is unlikely to do so in the near future, because he continually sees himself as the victim whenever being confronted with his own toxicity.

His actions and comments, in my mind, are completely indefensible.

this definitely fits with what I've seen from him. Always acting like a victim after being toxic, threatening, and dumb. @CuriousFriend , I'm sorry, but in his two years on Loka, he has not shown himself to be Slicer material.

NovaZephyr has been toxic to many in the past and continues to do so today, hating on people, harassing others, spreading false rumors and too much more for me to bother typing. I don't doubt that he may be able to change far into the future, but it is going to be a definite NO for this round
 
-1 he talks down on people a lot, especially when they want to do their own thing he doesn't give them a chance and immediately shuts them down on their decision / idea most of the time, he lets his emotions get the better of him when it comes to decisions and becomes toxic and talks complete crap to people when he's angry over something little
 
what's funny is that someone can post a one sentence saying "No i dont want him to -1" and you would still "like" it just because you don't like him either? even though someone else could put actual thought into a forum post you wouldn't because of the opinion...

The Like is used by most people to show they agree with something so this is an understandable course of action. Human nature and all that, but please keep on topic. Rather not have another Slicer nomination become completely and utterly derailed.

In terms of my opinion on this nomination... read Sparky's. I have my own stories and saved conversations that I can add onto the things he's posted but those have already been reported to Guardians+ and I don't feel the need to spread them further.

I think what others have tried to express when they say he takes things personally. Is that he overreacts when you do the slightest thing towards him, assuming you're out to get him which as a result creates a lot of toxic behavior. At least, that's what I get from Sparky's conversation with him and my altercation with him. I know you think that everyone hates him because they don't get to know him. And I'll admit that I don't like him, but that's from what he's done only recently (Aka like 2 weeks ago). I've given this man too many benefits of the doubt. And for that reason, I believe he'll never change. Therefore, I'm going to -1 it.

I was going to test the waters to see if he had changed for myself since I haven't talked to him in a while but with this being a fresh conversation over something as simple as a -1 on a nomination shows that at least in my opinion he isn't emotionally ready to be a slicer/model of what this server strives to represent. I myself in the past wasn't emotionally ready to be a slicer in the idea of not over reacting to the smallest things the first time I was nominated and after some growing up I believe that Nova could make a good slicer but that depends on him growing as a person. So for me I gotta give it a -1 myself with some constructive criticism on how to potentially be good slicer material in my mind in the future.
 
From my perspective of nova with the last two years we’ve been playing Loka together, I don’t think he is mature enough to handle being a slicer. Although slicers don’t get more in terms of gameplay, they have the opportunity to talk to new players through the intro course and are basically one of the first faces and names players can know on the server. It is a big step and a big responsibility and I don’t think nova has shown himself yet as a trustworthy player to be given the chance of being a slicer. It’s a -1 from me.
