Fruit Info: Here for our next fruit of the day we have the Texas Buckeye. Also known as the Ohio buckeye, or the horse chestnut. This fruit is a native of North America. It’s native range is primarily in the Midwest and the lower Great Plains region.

Fruit Info: Now we have our next fruit of the day, which this time is the red buckeye, which grows on the firecracker plant. This fruit is a native of the southern and eastern regions of the United States. The fruit is rich in saponins which are poisonous to humans, thus making the fruit also poisonous.

Fruit Info: Today four our fruit of the day we have the fruit of the Chinese golden rain tree. This fruit is primarily just a seed pod with little flesh surrounding it other than that. It is a native to the southern regions of China. What little flesh it has forms three love like structures on it.

Fruit Info: Today for our fruit of the day we have the fruit of the flame gold rain tree, which is one heck of a name for a tree. It is native to both Taiwan and Fiji, with the native dog each country being considered a different sub species. The fruit is primarily a bladder like inflated capsule.

Fruit Info: This next fruit of the day is a native to China. It has also since been naturalized to the Korean Peninsula and to Japan. There honestly isn’t much else to say about the fruit part of this fruit.

It is a native to many of the places where you can find fruits growing, along with all the other places you can find fruits growing, and even some places where you can’t (shhh they’re hiding). This fruit if often used as a fruit.

Fruit Info: Commonly referred to as the mogun-mogun, or as the tulipwood fruit, todays, you have the orange and yellow balls that are todays fruit of the day. It is endemic to the eastern regions of Australia as well.

Fruit Info: Today for our fruit of the day we have the fruit of the blunt leaved tulip, also known as the oblong leaved tulip. This fruit is a atuve to eastern Australia. These fruits are a capsule that contains a singular seed surround by a red aril.

Fruit Info: Today we have the fruit of the Claudie tulipwood, also known as the Cape York tulipwood. This fruit is a native of the northeast regions of Queensland (particularly the Cape York peninsula), New Guinea, and Malesia. The fruits ripen somewhere between April and November which is a heck of a time range if you ask me.

Fruit Info: Today we have the fruit of the slender Harpullia. This fruit is endemic to the northeastern rain forests of Queensland Australia. The fruit domes in both a yellowish and a red color. Internally it usually contains two black seeds.

Fruit Info: Today for our fruit of the day we have the fruit commonly known as the Red Jacket, also known as the hairy Birds Eye, or the wooly rambutan. It is a native to some very specific areas of eastern Australia. It is supposedly enjoyed as a snack by green catbirds.

Fruit Info: Here is our next fruit in this long running daily fruit saga.it is a fruit sometimes referred to as the hairy alectryon. These fruits grow naturally in Australia where they are native to the Queensland area. They primarily grow in rainforests.
