+1 I've known ringo for years and remember his days on loka as the leader of regional powers, he was most definitely a toxic moron who took the game way too serious, can however attest being an admin of a server he and his friends spend quite a lot of time on that he does not take the game seriously in the way he used to, my observation is that he does not nearly spend as much time online as he used to and has too much real life stuff going on to be as toxic and hypercompetitive as he used to online

Its been 3 years, people change A LOT and he will not be a threat to the loka community any longer, just keep him on a tight leash he probably likes that

Its to prevent any further harassment to specific player(s) due to what time zone they are in Because discord shows your local time. So its easy to single out the people who did it.
