Sure, for those of you who crystal its fun because your kills go up. But seriously, do any of you think its balanced right now? In every aspect of Loka there's a way to counter something that other people do. (Debuff - Debuff rez, Shield - Axe [the shield nerf], etc.) There is no direct and simple counter to crystalling. The argument "just run away" isn't valid considering the whole map except a few blocks between the tgen and inhibitor is the only places you can hide from it. For example, I was in the back just repotting in a recent fight, I get pearled on, the user splashed turtle master potion and instantly killed me before I could even look down to pot. It is too easy to die to crystal's and there are no counters, besides of course, making it worse by fighting fire with fire. If I had to suggest a valid nerf that could still keep crystals somewhat useable but not abuseable, I'd suggest removing turtle pots, nerfing damage of the crystals themselves, or making a cooldown on placing crystals / hitting crystals. As a player that's here to have fun, I seriously don't think this meta is enjoyable at all and will slowly but surely turn Loka into a crystal PvP server. I'm expecting tons of "just pot lol" and "ur just salty lol" but if you SEROUSLY think the crystal meta is good for the server, I'd love to hear why you think that.

Right but that is why it is incredibly overpowered and not fun. Who wants to play in conquest when you have half the battlefield full of kids spamming crystals? Six or Seven crystalers should not be able to stop a push of 70 people. That is broken.
no its just a really powerful crowd control tool, its meant for crowd control not 1v1s. and maybe it does look overpowered because it does its job so well (maybe TOO well?)

The fact you put in brackets "nearly too well" shows that you are aware, and "too well" is the same as "overpowered" in a game sense of matter, all I'm asking for you is to acknowledge its overpowered. - And I understand you asked it as a question somewhat, but the fact you feel the need to ask in itself is a joke and I think you already know.

It is overpowered if it can stop 70 people pushing, 7 people, stopping 70. Anything that allows this is broken and needs adjustment, that's plain simple and obvious.

its a powerful CROWD CONTROL TOOL. ITS MEANT TO DO THAT, IT BLOWS UP CROWDS.
 
maybe if the damage is nerfed it’ll kill less. but its ultimately meant to be used in choke points with large amounts of players passing through and it’s always gonna be used that way
problem not so much kill power, problem is it just being unreasonable to attack the player using them, as they can just continue to spam- the problem is you can't stop them not that they are doing it SO much.

well adding a delay will make them pointless cause killing with crystals involves the player eating multiple explosions without potting so ultimately any further nerfs except damage just make them useless. maybe a longer time to react when being attacked by crystals through lower damage would be better.

Not at all, even with a delay- persay that was the chosen nerf (it wont be I believe the nerf will be targetted towards turtle master) this would allow you to still crowd control, as you say. Just not at such a rapid rate where the person crowd controlling becomes invincible
