Fruit Info: Today we have a lovely Hoenn region native fruit known as the Watmel Berry. It has a somewhat sweet yet still bitter flavor that is often used in making some types of poffins. They usually grow about 1-2 berries per bush, but up to 15 on one bush have been reported.

June 14th, Day 760: Midas Berry

Fruit Info: Today we have the Midas Berry. Named after the king of legend, this fruit turns anything it touches into solid gold. Native only to the tropical rainforests of Antarctica, this fruit is fairly uncommon. Supposedly it tastes like gold, but that may just be what your tongue tastes like when you try and eat the berry.

June 15th, Day 761: Kee Berry

Fruit Info: Originating I’m the Kalros region, todays fruit is a lovely type of berry. It will raise a Pokémon’s defense stat by one stage whenever the Pokémon holding this berry is hit with a physical move. The berry is naturally consumed through use.

June 16th, Day 762: American Persimmon

Fruit Info: Today we have the common persimmon, also known as the American persimmon, the eastern persimmon, or the possum apple, among other names. Scientifically referred to as Diospyros virginiana, this fruit is known for having a powerful astringent that makes the fruit unpalatable when ripe. Fortunately this astringent deteriorates as the fruit rots a little, making it so that the fruit tastes better when a bit past ripe than when ripe.

June 17th, Day 763: Gold Apple

Fruit Info: Today’s fruit, Diospyros decandra, is a close relative of the persimmon. These fruits have a strong fragrance to them that may make them appealing to eat. Fortunately, these fruits are edible and when prepared right they even taste pretty good.

June 18th, Day 764: Velvet Apple

Fruit Info: For our latest and greatest fruit of the day we have the velvet apple/velvet persimmon/kamagong. This fruit (pictured below) has a soft and creamy pink flesh, and it apparently has a taste and similar to peaches. The fruit has very large seeds so for most purposes the seedless variety is preferred. But this variation in seeds vs seedless is only the tip of the iceberg of genetic variation in this fruit, color, shape and more can change drastically across individuals.

I'd love to see a Fruit Salad, with everything listed here tbh.

And if Crypt doesn't relinquish his head by 1000, well, we as a community keep sending him the Fruit Salad

@Cryptite YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

June 19th, Day 765: Date-plum

Fruit Info: Here we have the date-plum/lilac persimmon/Caucasian persimmon. One of Diospyros lotus‘ common names comes from the fact that this fruit tastes like a date and a plum. Supposedly it also has a bitter flavor that is destroyed in the frost or after drying the fruit.

June 21st, Day 767: The Ill-Paccle-berry

Fruit Info: Hey everyone, am covering the fruit today in the absence of Pac. He's not feeling great so if you could send your best wishes his way that'd be great.
Every person has a tree-like this somewhere on their body. This is a zoomed-in image of the microscopic Paccle-berry tree on Pacs body. Every few months the tree will decide to shake and send a terrible illness dropping down onto his body. If it weren't for the Ill trees, every person in existence would manage to be immortal.

June 22nd, Day 768: Rigid Star Berry

Fruit Info: Today we have the rigid star berry which is a neat little fruit native to some tropical and subtropical regions of Africa. Diospyros squarrosa is the plant that grows it. When fully ripened this fruit turns a dark yellow color, but the only picture I found was of an unripe berry.
