"Done his best" Does not mean complete cutoff he probably sent that as he thought you caused his ban and it does not really look neither threatening not toxic hence its not even relevant to the conversation

I would say done his best would to just block him instead of sending threatening messages

The fact it’s been going on for months maybe? The fact that he’s been banned from discords from people believing things you yoursef know are false? The fact that he’s recieved dms from random people asking him if the accusations are true? It’s easy to say that it’s nothing when it doesn’t happen to you…

2. Alex is Banned, therefore Loka does not have jurisdiction here

edit: he legit said he has 22tb of someones minor sister nudes. he is 16 and in the uk being over 16 you are no longer considered a minor

Simply due to the fact that the harassment started on Loka and grew far beyond it. You’d expect Alex being banned to stop the harassment, since he would stop interacting with the main community both parties belonged to, but no! Not siding with either people but while under 18 in the uk you are considered a minor.
