  • Towns can only now place 5 Territory Generators per day. This is, of course, to prevent a town from placing new TGens faster than anybody could theoretically taking them out, making it otherwise impossible to actually destroy an entire town's territory.
  • Anything that's not a town-member actually whapping an item out of an item frame in-town should hopefully no longer work to remove things from frames.

  • http: links sent from Discord to town/alliance chats should now work again
  • You can now use /list in your town or alliance discord channel to see who's online in Loka.

  • Some small bugs with the regeneration system have been fixed, possibly a small optimization that should help things run smoother. You may not notice any difference though, maybe if you're doing any very high-speed block breaking, perhaps.
  • Deleting an industry should now kill it more. You should be able to place chests in the area previously occupied by a deleted industry building now.
  • Hopefully fixed a bug where new members to discord wouldn't properly get their town channel permissions after registering their accounts.
  • To make a claimable zone no longer requires that you put a Sign on a Chiseled Stone brick block. It now will work with any stone brick block. Not stairs or slabs, just the four stone brick variants (regular/cracked/mossy/chiseled).

To be honest with you I don't know what this is. Could you explain what you mean by "claimable zone" and what it does?

In short, if you break the sign on a claimable zone, you then become the owner of that zone. This is most useful if you're zoning out many level 1 member zones for recruiting new members. If you make them all claimable, new recruits can pick a plot they like and claim it themselves; then only they (and higher level members, of course) have permissions in that zone.

Conquest Updates!
This update is the first phase of Conquest updates. There are more coming, but we'll be saving the rest of the major changes (redesign of buildings, Towers, etc) for the month of March. The current issue with inhibs is too imbalanced for us to wait, so that's why we're making this change now vs March 1.

New Inhibitor Design

To combat what we've seen as a severe imbalance between offense and defense in Conquest battles of scale, we've redesigned the Inhibitor building. It now has a new design that it less susceptible to kamikaze-type tactics and, most importantly, now has 4 lamps. Additionally, we've added banners to the inhib and a beacon light. This should help people 'find the fight' easier.

All Updates
  • New Inhibitor Design: Now includes 4 lamps up from 2, banners to represent the attacking town, and a beacon (like TGens, colored to their town's banner base color).
  • Beacons now have a holographic display of their cooldown, so you don't have to spam-click the button to see the time left.

  • Beacons now play a nice noise when they're ready to be used as well (that's more in-sync with when it's ready than it used to be).
  • Golem Protectors and Monsters are no longer enemies. It's function over form in this case (thanks Hexwolf). Monsters and Golems no longer attack each other, ensuring that your battle is with the monsters and the golems, and with less ability to cheese Golems not focusing players.
  • Golems now respawn after 45 seconds, up from 30.
  • Towers were not regenerating their source lamps properly if the fight was defended, and were carrying over their HP between fights
  • If you lose an attack, you should no longer be able to take your Beacon out to your Inhib, since by then it'll be in control of the Defenders.

Other Updates

  • If you fall in the water in the intro course, you'll now be pointed 'towards the way out', rather than to 0 every time, which was probably confusing some people as to which way to go.
  • Further attempt at reducing the amount of mob spawns near docks, we'll see how it goes.
  • Hopefully better fixed instances of "Whoops, try again!" when using /discord

  • Beacons now check that you're still within 8 blocks of the structure before actually teleporting you.
  • Claimable zones should be less aggressive about popping up now. (read: fixed opening chests causing claimable zone stuff popping up).
  • Strength won/lost for fights is now a bit different. Previously, anybody under 1000 strength was considered to be rated 1000, assuming that most people once they got their 10 wins would be over 1000. Now, if you've gotten your 10 wins for the month, we no longer do this and your rating is real, be it above or below 1000.

  • Town Chests can now be summoned/used every 30 minutes. However, only one town chest can be 'placed' at any point in time now.
  • Strength of winners/losers in conquest fights should be more accurate now.

  • /horse has returned! Donators of $15 or more can now use this command. Toggle between skeleton/zombie horse of turn it off with /horse off. How it works now is that it toggles the horse when you mount it and then immediately reverts it as soon as you get off. This way we're not tracking any weird horses around the world.
  • /pets now has a Dismiss Pet button, which is a little more obvious than the undocumented /pets off

  • New Fishing! You can now fish up various sizes and weights of fish! What they're used for, we dunno! Somethin'! Probably fishing tournaments!
  • Claimable Zones should now work to setup now. Put a sign on a Stone Brick block within a zone to toggle the zone as claimable (usable by town leaders).

  • Beacon/Inhibitor button press notification range increased from 8 blocks to 30 blocks
