He told another player that to win they should ddoss me, nothing else simply just that after the player said ima just try survive as long as i can vs lurnn he simply responded "just him off during the fight, if you lag out insta DQ" how you can say this is a joke with no further clarification and simply stating that is beyond me.
I would maybe entertain the idea of it being a joke if he hadn't quite literally mentioned that it would insta DQ me resulting in a loss.
considering players get ddossed nearly every tournament jokes like that should be taken seriously, if it was a joke it could’ve done bad harm if lurnn were to actually get ddossed.

dude im telling you g0mez's humor might be different from yours. he doesnt even know how to ddos nor would he want you to be ddosed. its just scummy and annoying

Scummy and annoying, that's how I would sum up this entire situation, doesn't seem too out of character from my point of view, no ones humour should be about a criminal act / a cyber attack, also didn't either yourself or g0mez do dodgy stuff before you joined loka, not so farfetched when you start thinking about it.

okay so the day Vexaay asked to screenshare me i said sure to doing it later because i have college from 8 am - 7 pm so i said i come home around 7 pm. so i came home around 8ish and the screenshare just never happened. i think both of us just forgot about it and we just moved on with our lives.

From the context provided it seemed as you were fighting novvi and he asked to ss you right after, but from what your saying it sounds different, honestly I don't know but even by your own screenshots this doesn't seem the truth, I may be misinformed and your screenshots may be misleading but this doesn't

Because yes, it sucks. He certainly did use something that he knew gave him an advantage, however I don't think we would be making the same post for someone using g7 (input lag version) winning. But since it wasn't a client and isn't against the rules, I don't think it should inherently be stripped from him without further conversation.
HOWEVER, as with the Stromgarde tournament, these are PLAYER RAN FESTIVALS, the organizers / hosts of the event, within reason should be allowed to use their discretion to decide who gets the rewards in the event of what is a dodgy case / people believe it was unfair.
AND YES I know the inherent argument against this will be "well thats not fair the hosts are friends with dylhn" staff let Squid make the same choice against 2 Cov members which he both disliked and thought were cheating over his two friends TryH4rdd and Tqmen, to this day 2 legit players lost their victor and champion sword, however in a case where scum and cheats were actually used we aren't willing to do the same thing?
p.s i may be a lil bias, the victor in question did suggest that someone should ddoss me to win their fight in the tourney \o/ !!! ( HE DID DO THIS IT IS A FACT!).
g0mez did say it completely changed his kb and required him to change playstyle and overall without it he was SEVERELY disadvantaged!
this is not bannable!
they were using it far before the tourney knowing its affect, was no "accident"
